When recently this week I have spontaneously checked my two YouTube videos (apparently appeared stupidly blocked from expressing any opinion on them), I got prompted with the well known to me song, so, again, somehow naturally, I felt a call and did it, as my hobby, for your consideration...
It was immediately iReported through CNN and as of today I offer that to my blog readers as the new one translation based on the lyric and song of «I'll come back» («Я вернусь», 1990), performed by Russian artist and author Igor Talkov, who was murdered (by shot to death) allegedly for his NOT ORDINARY FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION. That was happened in the theater immediately before his turn to perform at musical event. He wrote the song I linked here (see original Russian lyrics* below) in the genre of philosophical rock-ballad, being one from a few of other creative persons known in the end of 20st century as real symbols of making attempts of the resurgence of national Russia. In his song he carried through the global generalization and spiritual view on his own fate and "the way of homeland".
In short his song says about an alleged dissident's dream to come back home someday again after surrounding him at the time of the song writing or currently uneasiness with social liberties in Russia would be solved.
During my creative work was discovered that the followed tune is well known and is claimed by Wikipedia article (that is not a reliable source by definition) to be allegedly similar to the single «Lily Was Here» by Dave Stewart & Candy Dulfer, which represents an art of Smooth Jazz genre, released in November of 1989*. So, it is up to Wikipedia claimant and my audience.
So, by the way, Happy 25th Anniversary singing folk ... and "Lily, who was there" :-)
Because I translate the only what is consonant with my soul and, and because I especially do not translate any harsh judgments by authors of used by me lyrics, in my own interpretation and circumstances this song in English got its new life in my new country.
My immigration in U.S. got established naturally - here is the place of rest in peace of my untimely gone sole friend and late wife. As for business opportunities it is also may be explained by my unfinished business with Lady Justice (Toyotas et al.) and as such probability of my sole grief-related-case acceptance, admission of the committed legal mistakes, and issues reconsideration within new circumstances, as my citizenship rights and legal liberties to pursue happiness, which includes but not limited with chances of making differences.

My third consecutive video was posted last night at the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZ4Hw1rtJfs ... with predictable mechanical or robotic acceptance by machines. So I was moved to dispute a fair use under copyright law and, in accordance to You Tube Team message I was in the prolongest dispute ever with SME different mentality ... and I did it, and they admitted my position and view, sent me a proof that I won again ... just to get silent, thought, not a time yet for a real Cal. democracy. Elections are coming!
